DELIVERY-RECEPTION OF PRODUCTS
The products after validating the order, receiving your details and the method of transport after consultation, as well as payment of the proforma invoice, will be received within 10-14 days.
WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has the right to withdraw without reason within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product in accordance with Law 2551/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891/2013).
The refund is made in the same way as the payment was made, i.e. if a transaction has been made via card, then the refund will also be made to the card and not by transfer to the customer's account.
