Cool packages should be placed on top of a box, as the cold air always drops and the heat rises.

The EPP cooling top is simply placed between the bottom and the lid of the box to carry

the cool package. The cold temperature can fall below the special holes of the cooling top.

The Cool pack will not touch or put pressure on the products inside the Thermo Future Box.
