SHIPPING METHODS
HELLAS
Shipments are made with Truck transport (if there is any preference of the customer to inform us) and with ELTA Courier Door to door and with Courier Center.
Shipping costs are of the customer (except for large truck orders which will be negotiated first).
Delivery time: 7-15 working days
If you are:
- Within Thessaloniki or any other city in Greece (excluding islands and hard-to-reach areas) delivery time is 7 working days (depending on stock)
CYPRUS
Shipments to Cyprus are carried out by Truck Transport or by KRONOS EXPRESS COURIER.
- . By ship: Orders shipped by ship are processed every Wednesday (for orders placed before 1:00 p.m.), with a delivery time of 7-15 business days. Shipping costs are 3-5€.
Tip:To facilitate the collection, it would be good to put your mobile phone number in the contact information.
– Shipments and deliveries not are carried out on Saturday (deliveries can be made after consultation with us and with an additional charge of €3).
– Orders are not dispatched / processed and delivered on Sundays and holidays.
* Orders completed on Friday are delivered from Monday.
* In the case of national holidays, there may be a delay in the delivery of orders.
